Standard products:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return new and unused standard items within 14 days after reception of the product.

Made-to-order products cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are defective.

We aim to process all returns within a few days of receipt. Refunds are issued after returned items have been received, inspected, and processed.

Refunds are always issued back to the original form of payment.

In general, the cost of the return or collection of items will be paid by the customer.

Defective products:

If you believe there is a quality issue with your item, the product(s) can be exchanged for the same product(s) if the manufacturer confirms the defect.

In case of return of defective products, the costs of the return or collection items will be supported by Interlenses.com if/when the manufacturer confirms the defect.

Transport damages:

Deadlines for making claims for damages caused by transport will be 48 hours from the date of delivery. After this time, Interlenses.com is not responsible for any defects that may have occurred in transit.

We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments, but as all of our shipping services offers tracking options, we recommend that you contact the shipping service to get more information. If your shipment was sent with Public Mail, you can contact us and we will then do an inquiry to ask for more information.
